biography
With my actions I want to emphasize the role of perception in reception of art as well as the connection: recipent-artwork. By influencing the viewer's perception, my goal is to engage him. The final, essential element is the creative perception of the viewer.
My work is based mainly on the search for balance between applied method and the effect ensued of it. I try to simultaneously expand the content maximally and still keep the clarity of the form.
Diploma thesis present relation of light and space. It consists of 4 graphical works and 2 objects-constructions. Darkness combines singular elements into one system. In each work photoluminescent film was used that causes gradual disappearing of the composition few minutes after being exposed to a light.
The work intends to steer the looker's perception. The material was hidden so the most important is the feeling, passing impression. The matter of work "happens" in the eye.
