The series of works reflects life events - the artist's journey to Sri Lanka and wandering along the seaside. Growing up watching his father-surgery doctor’s fight against the physical disabilities of a human being.

The gravure prints reflected on canvases depict elements of a boat found on the seashore.

On each of them, one can find the reflection of diseased human organs which were removed during surgeries.

Two distinct deconstructions that, when compared with each other, give us a new meaning. On the one hand, a boat wreck, as a result of a catastrophe. On the other, elements of the human body that prevent from functioning.
