The presented diploma series is the result of several years of my printmaking studies.  It is a record of emotions. The main field of my interests  is a human figure, but in the case of this diploma series, I also use the portrait which I have not used so far. I have created a record of this integrity which is based on real events, not dreams. I present two opposite but complementary forces, the masculine element represented by brightness combined with the female element which is symbolized by darkness. I have tried to present a process of becoming one. Unification of these people is a natural process based on a boundless need and longing for each other. To present the differences that I mentioned, I used gravure printing techniques, from deep-etching, through velvety black aquatint to drypoint and corundum.
