biography

I deal with many art forms, including painting, drawing and design, but my favorite form of expression is graphic art. All these areas treat art as a tool of artistic expression, which is why often in my work I mix different techniques, media and experimenting. What defines my art is a combination of cultural values and pop culture with their own observations. All this passed through his own filter.

self-commentary

My inspiration for the Cave Canem series were the questions which occurred to me and have been pressing me for some times. What makes us evil? Is a person able to do the right thing in exteme situations? These questions were like a sctratch on a flawless surface. Cave Canem is a series of works mades in traditional intaglio and relief techniques. They combine traditional printmaking techniques witch the subject which is greatlyrelevent in our times and aesthetics that relations to exaggerated advertisements, billboards and the surrounding reality.
